Internal Rotary Inspection System (IRIS) is a high-accuracy ultrasonic tube inspection technique used to detect and quantify corrosion, pitting and wall loss. The technique can be applied to both ferrous and non-ferrous tubes and is widely used in boilers, heat exchangers, air coolers and feedwater heaters. By providing detailed wall thickness measurements along the length of the tube, IRIS enables clients to understand the actual condition of their equipment and make informed decisions regarding tube replacement, repair and remaining service life.
